The Ogun State Ministry of Education has set a new date for the resumption of classes in all elementary and secondary schools, as well as government scientific and technical colleges in the state, for the second term of the 2021/2022 academic session.
Schools will reopen on January 10, 2022, rather than the January 4th date previously indicated, according to a statement signed by the State Commissioner for Education, Science, and Technology, Prof. Abayomi Arigbabu.
Students and parents will be expected to sign a commitment to follow the rules between Tuesday, January 4th, and Monday, January 10th, 2022, according to the statement.
